Returns

We make it easy for customers to get a return service, but Customers must meet the following points:

  1. Return of goods can be done 1 week after the goods received by the customer.
  2. Returns of goods must be confirmed to the customer service staff.
  3. Return of goods can be done if the goods received not in accordance with the description when making an order.
  4. Return of goods due to damaged goods upon receipt.
  5. Return of goods can be done if the packaging is damaged upon receipt.
  6. Return of goods due to cancellation of purchase can be made if the packaging has not been opened.
  7. The cost of returning goods is fully borne by the customer, with the exception of points 4 and 5.
  8. Return of goods outside of the provisions of the point, will be agreed later on.
